Middleton's Plant-Based Foods was born and raised by Canadian brother-sister team, Jack and Emily Middleton. They began working on their plant-based innovations at The Kitchen Collective in their hometown of Hamilton. Jack Middleton is a classically-trained Red Seal Chef and the master of product development at Middleton’s. Proving to be a strong innovator in the industry, Jack created completely original recipes for Middleton’s Plant Based Foods. His focus on high-quality, real-food ingredients results in superior flavour and texture. Middleton’s is committed to creating delicious, cutting-edge plant-based foods and exceeding expectations.
